I’ll be honest: I find myself enjoying villains more than their heroic counterpart as they’re simply more interesting to me. (Not saying I’m interested in evil things though.) What I appreciate is when villains are bad (but good) but actually but (but actually good).
My Fall 2016 reading road map seems pretty set in stone as my reading commitments re: ARCs are typically guiding my schedule. That being said, I’m still hoping to keep myself open to have a series binge in November sooooo.
But these books are listed likely in the order they will be read unless random things come up, e.g. “mood”.
On September 10, 2016, I attended the Raincoast Books preview event and was joined by other influencers in the community — bloggers and store buyers inclusive — to glimpse forthcoming 2017 titles.
For worldwide readers, if you’re unfamiliar with what/who Raincoast Books is, they’re the Canadian distributors for publishers like Bloomsbury, Macmillan, Tor/Forge, FSG, HMH, among others. So thank you to Raincoast Books for extending an invitation for me to attend!
