This Week’s Theme: Books Added to TBR
Due to Recommendations
Initial Thoughts:
Today I am bringing you all things horror and spookiness from any fictional medium (e.g. books and television and movies). Because I can. I’ll try to stay as recent as I can with this list.
For your reference, when I think of “Spooky” I think of supernatural elements and more darkly atmospheric vibes than truly scary; “Horror” is all about scare tactics and unsettling scenes.

Initial Thoughts:
We’re all complicit in this dangerous game of “Who Can Stack The Tallest TBR” as we’re all shouting recommendations right, left, and center. But all you enablers are wonderful people…even if my credit card weeps.
I’ll be honest: I find myself enjoying villains more than their heroic counterpart as they’re simply more interesting to me. (Not saying I’m interested in evil things though.) What I appreciate is when villains are bad (but good) but actually but (but actually good).
