This Week’s Theme: Top Ten Reso-goal-utions For 2015
Initial Thoughts:
Looking Back to 2014:
The previous years’ reso-goal-utions were focused on: expanding the library, get into ARC reviews, start/finish older series, connect with other bloggers, and be more selfless. I think the overall effort was pretty fair. I definitely surprised myself with the number of books I’ve read despite the number of reading slumps (well…only because gaming will always take precedence). It was a good initial year to book blogging.

This Week’s Theme: Top Ten Things I Wouldn’t Mind Santa Bringing This Year
Initial Thoughts:
Between the recent top ten lists, I’m sure I’ve listed the books I’d want immediately. So I’ll just omit the book-specific portion and just go with things that I need more of this holiday (which may be alleviated thanks to Boxing Day). Nothing below is really extravagant—I’m a simple person to please.

This Week’s Theme: Top Ten Books I Read In 2014
Initial Thoughts:
The theme this week was “Top Books Read in 2014” but I’m going to shift the focus a bit and highlight certain categories, like many award shows, and select a top contender for each. I’m sticking to books solely read in 2014. I’m going to be extremely cheesy and call it the Thinker Awards (so you can think about what you would award each category when you respond–but also because thinking is fun?).
I have also enlisted the help of some friends for their input as well (because I have clearly not read everything this list describes LOL). Thanks Jeffrey and Savindi for the assistance. I have marked their nominations with a star*.
