Other Feels:
Television (Not a full list of what I watch):
(If you love to talk television, hit me up on Twitter and we can share feels together!)
Big Brother US18: I want Paul to win.
Mr. Robot S2: My mind is being fucked with right now.
Sing It On S2: Faux Paz is this seasons Nor’Easters for me and their rendition of Dog Days Are Over (Florence + The Machines) gives me chills.
Scream S2: Predictable ending.
Suits S6: While this season has actually been really weak for me with forced “drama”, I can’t not enjoy the dynamics with the characters. Plus, Louis finding love is adorable.
The Night Of: Now that this is over…let the binge begin.
Films:
Captain America: Civil War: I don’t even know which “team” I would be on.
Neighbors 2: I don’t really expect much watching this and that’s what it delivered.
Now You See Me 2: Re-watched this gem and it is still magnificent.
The Light Between Oceans: Full review to come but though picturesque and carried by Vikander, the story is with problems. AND, it was a terrible viewing experience because of the patron next to me.
Music:
(Maroon bolded names link to the track for easy peasy listening)
EDM/Pop:
Sam Tinnesz – Hold On For Your Life: I think I heard this on Scream TV? It’s mellow.
Tritonal & Jenaux – Broken (feat. Adam Lambert): Generic? Probably. But I’m trash, so.
Shawn Mendes – Mercy: This Canadian pride is fire.
Voices In Your Head – Bang My Head (opb. David Guetta feat. Sia & Fetty Wap): Perhaps one of my favourite ICCA 2015 arrangements. VIYH placed 2nd in ICCAs too!

So you didn’t enjoy The Light Between Oceans? I read it and thought it was good, but a little slow. I was wondering if the movie was the same?

I only just watched Capt America: Civil War this month too! I actually liked it a lot, even though the superhero movies are starting to lose their appeal to me. I don’t know which team I’d be in either. I thought I’d be on Captain America’s side because #FREEDOM (or whatever), but found myself empathizing more with Iron Man’s side. The beginning of the movie and his interaction with the woman in the corridor was so powerful (and unexpected to me).
