[Miscellaneous] Awards/Tags — The Liebster Award #2 (and I created a Tag!)

Miscellaneous is the tagline to store random posts that don’t really belong elsewhere. They may involve tags, awards, challenges, and other book blogging nonsense.

What’s Miscellaneous Today?
The Liebster Award (#2)
& Choose Your Adventure Tag

Hey cool people of the world (that’s you), welcome back to another week of blog awards and tags I know you’re tired of reading about. So lettuce all thank Precious (at) Clockwork Desires, Cassandra (at) Life With Cassandra, and Maca (at) Books Are My Lovers for encouraging my completely serious answers to these completely serious questions.

There are three sections of Liebster Award questions followed by my questions that I designed for those who I nominated (I nom’d 30 people…) but I wrote it in a way that could be tag accessible so if you’d like to have a go at answering them…go right ahead!

Disclaimer: This post is text-heavy. Seriously.

  3. Nominate 11 new bloggers and come up with your own 11 questions. You cannot nominate the person who nominated you.
  4. Inform your nominee on being nominated.

This Week’s Theme:

Revisit From My Childhood

Initial Thoughts:

This topic is a tough one because I didn’t read all too much as a kid in elementary school (kindergarten-8) aside from library/computer class. So I gotta take a pickaxe to my brain to dig up some of these nostalgic gems; of which I’ll divide into picture books and book-report reads.

All images link to their respective Goodreads.

[Alternatives] – Movies – Insurgent

Alternatives is the tagline feature for other forms of entertainment outside of discussing literature. These posts may encompass television, movies, games, and music with a randomized flavour of the moment approach to each post.

I disliked this adaptation.

Okay—now that I got that out of the way, let’s start from the humble beginnings of the trailer, shall we?

Trailer: There’s a box.

Reader: What’s inside the box?

Trailer: A box.

Reader: Another box?

Trailer: No, just a box.

(A likely conversation a reader of Insurgent will have with the trailer. No, but really, what’s inside the box?)

(Disclaimer: Spoilers vomited everywhere under the cut.)
